Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or through bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
